If you clone your system by "partition to partion", Ghost 2003 can only copy files and directories. Therefore, the booting section on the hard drive will not be touched. That's why a new hard drive is not bootable. There are two solutions:
1) Install the same system on the hard drive first. Then, overwrite it with the cloned patition.
2) Clone the partition to the new hard drive first. Then, boot your computer with a windows installation CD. Repair the cloned system.
