Here is the steps to unlock this phone:

Remove your battery and SIM card from back
Now put Only Battery in. ( No Sim)
Turn back on your phone
Once it will back on it will ask to "Insert SIM"
Do Not Insert Sim , but Insert this code : " *2767*7822557378# " ( Just code in Red)
Once you insert this code then it will show in your screen E2P SVC Reset and phone will restart automatically.
Now your phone is un-locked

This time once it restart it will ask for "Insert SIM card" . Insert your SIM back in and it will start working as unlock phone.
