Redvex plugin by Visual C++ 2008 Express
1. New project -> Win32 -> Win32 project
2. Enter name, clik next, choose DLL and empty project.
3. copy files of an existing project to the folder of the new project
4. Add these files to the Solution Explorer by "Project->add existing items"
5. right click the project name in the Solution Explorer, choose Properties; change character set to "multi-byte"; change Output Directory to the plugin folder of Redvex.

SyncToy 2.1 will not start
SyncToy cannot start.
1. Remove the .NET files by .NET Framework Cleanup Tool.
2. Install dotnetfx.exe
3. Install SyncToy 2.1
